Postage

We post Australia-wide from our shop in Maleny, Queensland. We don't ship overseas at this stage.

Every order is packed and posted by our team, and books are wrapped carefully to protect them in transit. Postage is calculated at checkout.

Returns and damaged books

Every book we sell is second-hand, and we describe its condition as accurately as we can. We photograph any marks, wear or damage so you know what you're buying.

If your book arrives damaged or isn't as described

Email hello@psbooks.com.au or call 07 5435 2984 within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. We'll replace the book if we have another copy. If we don't, we'll refund you, including postage. If it was damaged in the post, we'll sort it out with Australia Post.

Changed your mind?

We can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or if you've bought a duplicate. Most of our books are one-offs, so please check the description and photos before you buy. If you're not sure, ask us first and we'll happily check a book for you.

This policy doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
